Tattoo Removal Artist on order ? (in General)

Shark August 18 2005 11:33 AM EDT

since we have had a few large Tattoo's tossed out into the store bin..maybe its time for a Tattoo Removal Artist who for a FEE could take a Tattoo down or even erase it..heh..its a cash drain at least :)

I don't think that will happen. Although I'd like to not accidentally buy a 80K lvl lesser tattoo, it doesn't really seem to benifit the game to add a tattoo "shrinker"

It is pretty odd that a lesser tattoo with over 1mil NW can't even sell for less than the cost of a base regular tattoo. But then again, only newbs use lessers, and they don't want lots of NW...

I'm starting a home for these poor unwanted creatures. Everyone worries about the monkeys and the elephants - what about the lesser familiars!?!?!

don't get anything started now,you might have a Zoo before you know it :)

I am having second thoughts.

Dear Jonathan,

Please make it so that I can put thses poor little wretches on a farm and not get the reward penalty. They are already getting their performance level reduced to that of the max allowed tattoo. Haven't they suffered enough shame and degradation already ? But you can make a difference. Less than one little line of code per day can get these little fellas back on their feet again and standing proudly. It is the least that we can do for them after all they have given to us. Thank you.

Regards,

NSFY

A Lesser Fire Familiar lvl 75,720 1,236,300

NSFY, want to adopt that useless thing? Land^Shark sold it, and I grabbed it without paying attention. Currently in auctions ;)

Welcome to the future. I tried to warn that this would happen.

Equipment that is raised so high, nobody can use it. I think our benevolent creator here isn't interested in converting our time we've spent building up our equipment (either with money, or as a tattoo with fights) into anything useful. Thus providing us with a upper-limit tax. While I don't agree with it, as it leads away from actually wanting to invest time into CB (for some of us); I suppose its all part of a system of man-handling the economy in order to prevent it from reaching some presumptuously negative future.

Well it just seems like a double whammy on tattoos.

And no I wouldn't care if I hadn't bought a lvl 100 lesser without paying attention.

It seems like the power for the character should be calculated based on the max allowed tat value since that is how it is functioning. Looks like the power is calculated now using the true value of the tat - that must be why the rewards are reduced.

My new char with a score of 2 has a power of 45k from the tat that is functioning as a level 20 tat (max allowed), not level 113k (true tat level).

just seems like someone would want these though rather than tossing them out into the store. But then again since no money was spent on them....only time.
I guess they feel like they get something out of the Tattoo's when they decide to move on and find the store is the only one who buys anything ,,well other than poeple like me and a few others who leaped before they looked..:)
