For item questions, the Wiki tells all. (Click Wiki in the upper-left.) Here's what I know =)

Tattoo of Balrog Flame: Absorbs fire damage. Inflicts fire damage upon melee attackers that strike the wearer. Grants a small amount of Evasion.
Ice Familiar: This familiar casts Cone of Cold. It's important to remember that Cone of Cold only deals damage during melee combat.

Anti-Magic Field will redirect some of the damage from spells cast upon you back to the caster. Dispel Magic will lower the effect of enchantments cast on enemy minions. This includes AS, GA, Haste, Protection, GS, and VA; this also includes your AMF, and your EC.
It's your choice, AMF vs DM. It depends on which is more important to you: lowering the effectiveness of enemy damage spells or lowering the effectiveness of enemy enchantments.

Antimagic Field (AMF) is good versus mages. However, you need to maintain it. There is no way to set and forget this spell unless you just want to kill base decay.

Ethereal Chains (EC) is good against Tanks, but even more effective if you have a tank of your own. The same xp spent on Giant Strength and Haste would be better, except when the opponent uses DM.

Dispel Magic (DM) is good verses enchantment defense (ED) The people who use ED and get the most out of it are larger teams (3-4 minions). It is also suggested for people who want to be on the offensive.

So go ahead and pick your poison. Either way you can't have it all. Then again, it would be interesting to see someone go for all three and keep the DM low. Yet I don't see that being very effective.

so i think i will learn dispel and ablative shield , dispel in one new minion and ablative in the other new minion . am i doing right ?

Ablative Shield (AS) is like AMF or most of the other defensive enchantments. You can't ever let it get small. If your willing to make that kind of commitment of xp then go ahead. The DM will help your offensive by eliminating problems with the opponents AS and GA. This will help out your FF and magic missile mage. The other positive about AS is that it's the only other way for you to boost the HP of that Familiar of yours, which will be your biggest offensive 'minion'. In that respect I would have no real objection to those two choices.
