I allwayse receive that error

I try all my former password none are working.I try logout login just to check if my keyboards was still working ok (no caplock.....)

since you already logged in and I'm guessing use firefox then go to the password thing and see what ur password is.

log out.
do a wrong password....then ask the server to email it to you.
