Where to now for my char? (in General)

Hi guys. Just wondering what you guys thought about my chars (Miamoto Musashi) options. Oda is coming up to 100k HP, but I would like to expand upon him being a wall and turn him into an offensive minion. I see two options: Make him a decay mage with AS & MgS when I can get one, to aid Miamoto, or into a BL tank. Of course, ideas on any other strats are always welcome :)
Also, was wondering on the merits of EC vs. AS for Tokugawa. I'm wondering if the 12k odd reduction it causes is worth the XP put into it compared to the equivalent in AS, or another skill / spell, especially if Oda does end up using AS as well. Do you think that much of a reduction in STR / DEX is making a difference compared to the 150k+ stats Miamoto's currently got?

MgS negates all trained spells, so equipping it on a mage/enchanter is generally considered not a smart idea.
In the long run, I would not learn AS (or any other defensive enchantment) on multiple minions simultaneously, because of the weakness against Dispell Magic.
Bart, I think Shidoshi is talking about using a base decay with his Wall + MgS for decays property of stil casting at base. If this is the case, AS shouldn't be used, but a base Protection could be instead. Just be aware that AMF will cut into your Wall, and you will lose 1/2 it's current HPs every round to AMF backlash.
Shidoshi, you already have one tank, I don't think it's worth making another physical damage dealer. Comcentrate all your cash into upping the weapons on one minion, don't spread it over two. Besides, without a ToA, the Wall will only be good for killing Enchanters/Mages.
As for EC, you can't swap your EC to AS, as you are already using your ED slot on that minion. You can use the xp on your EC minion to buff your ToA tanks Str and Dex, so lowering your opponents with EC buff indirectly. But, a 12K reduction doesn't really do much, compared to your Tanks stats. Mages and Enchanters don't need their Str/Dex reduced, and 12K isn't going to dent a big Tank, especially if they use a ToA. It could be worth it if you stick with it though!

Yes, it does, thanks. I believe you were saying that the EC helps increase my STR / DEX on the tank by indirectly lowering my opponents STR / DEX. It looks to me that since it isn't much of a skill yet, nothing else will do as a replacement anyway. Might as well stick with it I guess, make something out of it.
I'm still in two minds about what to do with Oda, the wall. I suppose I'm looking for a way to gain more offensive power as I feel I may be lacking in that area. However, making him a third ED minion could perhaps help by keeping me in the fight longer to deal more damage instead. That would satisfy cash flow towards my tank at the same time I suppose. Only problem is, what do I give him as ED? Already have VA & GA, Haste & GS are a waste on a ToA Archer, so that leaves AS and / or Prot.
You might want to consider MgS + Prot. I'm not a big fan of ED s any more, just because they are so vulnerable to DM.
But a massive GA might be worth looking at. You wold need naturally trained HP or AS to get the most out of it, but if you keep your wall (especially if he doesn''t use a MgS) it might be worth it. You might want to talk to Vestax, he's got the biggest (I think?) GA based team.

Ok, that leads me to ask: would a stronger GA be better than a stronger Prot? I myself am partial to GA but I have not yet used Prot. so have no personal experience with it. If GA, will have to change current GA to Prot. & my wall can do just HP & GA (I would not change it right away as I do not want to lose GA's benefits while waiting for Oda to get his GA levelled up. Not wrong to have 2 GA's for a little while only, is it?)
