My ToA is giving me like 100K less DX and about 90K less ST. Anyone else seeing this?

Actually I checked the (almost) exact difference of my ToA now.
ST went down: 67,601 (14% reduction)
DX went down: 135,608 (31% reduction)
That is a pretty harsh change. =(
I noticed a big change as well .. I noticed a HUGE change in the DEX ... sheesh .. what a start to the month :P
