bloodlust bug (in General)

Bloodlust: 31,238 (0.00) on my char aisky this is what it shows. no MgS either

train it to 1/4 and it'll show 1.00
it aparently doesn't work with being fully trained...

This happened when I trained mine as well but once I got mine to 1/4 ST it went to 1.00

There does not seem to be any in-between state for BL right now. I don't know if this is a bug or is an actually part of the changes (i hope its not the latter though)
