ToE AMF reduction increased. (in General)

I couldn't wait. :) ran a quick test.

My AMF backlash reduction is now 5.96% of the level of my ToE. Being 5% before the ToE buff, a 15% increase would take it to 5.75%.

As Jon said about a 15% increase, that's good enough for me! :)

I'm not with it today... Again I forgot my ToE was named.

Taking that into account, it works out to be 5.73%. Close enough with rounding taken into account!

So, the ToE increase also effects the AMF backlash.

If the normal reduction is 10/3.33, that now makes it 11.5/3.83.
