wondering if i could get the item back somehow or sent to The slayers a character of onlyyouknow.
I would take a penalty or fee if need be

you would need to send a cm to the perosn you sent the mcm to and ask that they send it back to you or on to the slayers
but since the bihac hasn't logged in in about a month you may also want to try emailing him, and if your lucky and he's nice and comes back he may send it, if not your out of luck

AE explained it as clear as it gets.
This happens often, and that is why when you inspect a character there is a "Send To" link which everyone should use to stop problems like these.
