VA in Ranged (in General)

now that archery has been nerfed how about putting VA back in ranged to help revive this once great spell

How about a morgul xbow - allows an exbow buff (say 5 base damage) with 20% regen capability.

If you hadn't noticed, the asbow has taken over as the most desireable ranged weapon...

Then why not vampiric arrows? Bring those massive ELB's back into the game by sucking life. And I meant hxbow above, not exbow - wouldn't want to combine strength drain and life drain.
