People wondering and so am I, so who has a 7ba refresh rate now and please post mpr. I want to find out who has lowest mpr and does 7ba thx.

I believe the BA refresh rate is based on your MPR relative to the highest player.
66% of the highest MPR, IIRC

mpr on ranger is growing slow anyways so it would help to see who got the lowest mpr and has 7ba refresh rate.

Well I just got the 7/10 BA regen rate between 360k-365k mpr, so that is where you have to get.

It base on TOP MPR (Ranger) and is not 66% but 55% (around 370K MPR)
55%...ah well, I was close enough :-P
