Yes it is, take at look at the auctioneer's auctions, no lesser tattoos spawned there.

under the store purchase logs it is a "rare"

I'll admit when I read this post I initially thought that someone just sold the lesser tat to the shop and someone picked it up thinking that it had spawned ... but sure enough it isn't in the store purchase log as a 'sell to shop' anywhere .... don't tell me camping is coming back :P lol

That would be one of the funniest things on here, in like... ever. A bunch of campers, waiting around for a lesser tat to spawn. I'm laughing just thinking about it.

Doubt that would happen, I skiped over them 1/2 the time they spawned anyway. In fact, I gave all but 3 away to newbs or to chat ops who then passed them to newbs.

i just got a lesser tattoo...i just think its like a compound bow...it shows as a rare on the purchase logs but its not really rare but i think it will become suveneers(lol i suck at spelling)
