CT/[Truly]Phyrefly Deal (in Public Record)

Black Caesar is sold to [Truly]Phyrefly for a total price of 4 million CB2. He'll be sending me 1 million up front, the other 3 million will be on payplan. (Min 500K per week). He'll be sending me his 2 CoI's as collaterial, and I'll be loaning them back to him throughout. I won't be charging interest as long as the minimum payment is made weekly (if he misses I'll charge 5% per week from that point to the end.)
