New Gloves found (in General)

I was looking through the item overview and noticed a new pair of gloves that i think jon is testing.....Pair of Alatar's Gloves

Also jon is using it on a DM mage........makes you think what is it for...also if people already know about it and have anything else to add just do so.. (i think the people in room carnage know about this already)

they are UC gloves, which poison the opponent.

Hmmm new supporter ... well i tried fighting expostfacto lol but didn't think that I might need to get to melee to see what the gloves do .. anyway I like new items :P

this is the best part of CB the wait for knowledge on the new gear.. i bet it's an EO boosting glove

well i did this so that other people other than the people in the carnage room knew.....but its true that this post would of happened...i was so close to not doing it, but i was bored so yeah

So basically grants dispel magic.....kinda like displacement boots except no evasion

It would stack like evasion does with DB's i would suppose.

DM effect is linear anyway so it doesn't really matter how it stacks

I would also guess by minion dispel it means it reduces the effect of EO's cast on that minion? (Very useful for mages to reduce the effect of AMF on them)

that may be true....but lets find out soon

Also they have very cheap upgrade costs (at least early on) so won't grant AC.

Actually I take that back, they do appear to grant AC on Jonathan's character
