Xeamoz gets:
The Spirit of Lukeyman level 400,970 7,498,407
Mikel gets:
5.5 mil + Transfer fee: $37,442
1.5 mil + xfer fee paid up front
4 mil paid out over the next 3-4 weeks.
Once down payment is sent to Mikel and Xeamoz posts an agreement to these terms, the Tattoo will be sent to Xeamoz.
In the event of a default the tattoo is to be returned to Mikel.
