Design my new Tattoo (100k) (in Contests)

I need someone to draw a design for the newest addition to my body. only constraints are i want it to be 2 dragons with the tails entwined (not to original but it goes with my sleeves). It is going on my left shoulder so nothing to huge. Winner will receive 100k for the effort.

let me put one more restraint on this i would like to get a complete unique design. If 100k just isn't enough then someone let me know and i will put up more. The only reason i am asking is because my friend that designed my others has passed away and i have no artistic ability what so ever.

If you go to almost any quality Tattoo studio, they will custom make the tattoo to your needs. At least that is how it works here. (my Dad owns a tattoo studio)
