Veteran vs. NUB in a bidding war (Case in point) (in General)

Anyone wondering why some older/veteran players use USD in CB2? Read the above thread and you will know why. Mikel (Somewhat recent NUB) was selling his HUGE character Mikel for a lot of CB2/USD. Myself having some CB2, but realizing that bidding solely with CB2 I would have to incur tremendous debt which would take quite some time to pay off, I felt that my only option to upgrade my character was to use USD to compensate for my NON-NUB gains and heavy reluctance to long-term debt. Whereas the NUB who purchased the HUGE MPR character for 8 mil CB2 ($120 USD Value) will have no problem making that large amount of CB2 to pay off his short-term debt for the purchase. I do not imply that my ONLY choice was to use USD, but those that complain about USD use in the game, must see my point and the reasoning behind many older/veteran players using USD to compensate for NUB enormous CB2 $ gains.

Well considering he won't be earning a NUB when forging/fighting with his big MPR character he will take just as long to pay it off as you would.

He has the NUB until December some time, who says he has to use that character at all until he makes the money back with his other high MPR character that does still have the NUB? You are missing my point...

you can quit frothing at the mouth now, the bug in NUB display has been fixed

(there was no bug in its application, as you can check for yourself :)
