I wish someone would explain these number things for me.

vampire king, its code before they did binary and hexidecimal and stuff and it looks like this is octal,

First, you have to notice that there are no 8s or 9s in the sequences.

Second, you have to notice that all 5 sequences end in '077'.

Third, you have to figure out the significance of '077' and use that knowledge to decipher the rest.

It helps if you know how to program or at least write a simple script. But it can be done manually with sufficient effort. Not sure it's worth $100k for all that.

Of course, deciphering the clues only gets you half-way there.
