Swiftly banned doom and hell, Spartanically reset 1251.

Returned within hours after his ban/reset with swiftnova and HellzFire. This time all his accounts are banned. To illustrate how obvious his multi actions are, swiftnova had a character called 'HellzFire' and spartan1251 was owner of the clan 'HellzFire'.
