She is insta'ing up to my Morg from her's at 65%.
My morg is 15,405,955 NW.
Her's is 8,802,099NW .
The difference is 6.6 million, 65% of which is 4.3 million owed.
She will be paying me at least 600K per week until the end of the loan. I will be charging 0% interest unless a Payment is missed, then I will charge 5% weekly from then on out.
She will send me her 35x 51+ axbow as collateral, I will loan this back to her at my own expense unless she misses a payment, than the loaning fees will be payed by her.
