Blacksmith Bug? (in General)

I went to upgrade my katana from 74X32 (+15) to 74X33 (+16). It went to the blacksmith and said about 8 minutes, when i clicked home i had the weapon back around 3 or 5 minutes and my weapon did nott increase but i lost around 60k, is there a solution or something i should do?
