In most of the United States and Canada, the clocks are pushed back one hour at 2am the last Sunday of October. So 2am becomes 1am and we return to "standard time".
Not all states follow savings time, and some particularly stupid states (like Indiana) and provinces (like Saskatchewan) only follow it in certain areas. So, check your local newspaper :-)
The rules for the US will change in 2007 (thanks for making it even harder Mr. Bush!). It's not clear yet if Canada will change their rules to match the US.
