Need Some Help... (in General)

I am one of the users that has experienced many MPR drops to what I assume is usage of the RoE. This bug has not been addressed nor even admitted to exist, so it may just be a problem with my character, no one knows.

Given that we can start over now with the NCB, I'd like to find out how far from the top my MPR is to see if it is worth it for me to start over again so I can catch up if I'm really as far behind as I could be. I'm guessing that my real MPR is somewhere around 750k, but I don't really know.

So... I've tallied up the untrain values for each of my minions and divided each stat by its appropriate unlearn percentage and summed them to figure out how much EXP I have trained per minion (which is how MPR is calculated I believe).

So... I am hoping there are some people kind enough in the 700k to 800k MPR range that would calculate their exp trained and help me figure this out.

My exp per minion is as follows:

6,706,000 Exp

8,216,000 Exp

Total = 28,259,000 Exp

My old char isn't that big, but I built Maranello from 50k to 400k MPR with the ROE and never once saw the blip in my MPR. And i uneqipped daily (or more frequently) towards the end to switch to a defensive ToJ setup. Very odd stuff.
