Character loan to Dblass (in Public Record)

i will loan my character skaffa cru to dblass, he will not sell any of the items on said character, and he will pay all transaction fees. loan is for an indefinate amount of time, around one month. He will also not untrian anything currently trained. transfer fees are 400k.
