I think it might have something to do with the exp bug, we can't really tell what's Neela real MPR.

wait a sec, i think its a bug.....shes 400k MPR single mage and only hitting.....
Tybjin takes damage from his own Fireball (31344)!
Tybjin's Fireball hit Enchanter [7617], Wall [5397], Mage [8372]
and note the 'takes damage for 30k' my AMF only did .27 .....weird
