Was bored and worked out that when you get your fighting privileges suspended it cost $4 for every second

Fine for fighting privileges depend on your BA cost. The cost for 1 full hour should be the same as buying 1 hour worth of BA (so 60 BA if your BA rate is 10/10).

As with the BA regen rate my fee would of course increase for reading added contribution.
