I've found a minor reproducible bug in the fight lists:
In either Standard or Favorites list, "specify" a character to fight. Now switch to Standard or Favorites (whichever you were not at). The fight list is reset to the top, and the specified character's name is not shown, however, no matter what character you choose to fight next, you actually fight that specified character.
Also, if you specify a character, then switch from (for example) Favorites to Standard to Favorites, the next character fought is the specified one.
