After having several Admins review your character we have come to the same conclusion. You are not competitive enough or knowledgeable enough to continue to play without having the added bonus of the NUB.
So with Christmas just around the corner...We the Admins would like to add the NUB to your account as a gift from CB2 its yours for 1 full year.
Sound like a reasonable gift?
