Suggestion: Clan Admin Options (in General)

Reading the thread on "join-clan-spam", I got an idea. Add another option or two to the clan admin page:

A tag (like open/moderated/closed options) to indicate when a clan is seeking members. This would be distinct from the other three tags in that you could be both "seeking members" and "moderated" at the same time, to control who gets in. This would show up when viewing the clan, and maybe as a special prefix (eg "$") on the clan listing on the join clan page.
A message area (editable only by clan admin) to possibly describe the clan, clan policies, and/or what kind of members their looking for. This could show up on the inspect clan page. Maybe even have two such text areas, one viewable by anyone, and another viewable only by members of the clan.
