I'm insta-ing up to his DB's. He has:

I have:
A Pair of Displacement Boots [6] (+60) 4,322,200

Difference is 2011681. Insta rate is 75%, so amount owed is 1508760.75, or $1,508,761.

Chelon has agreed to allow me a PP of up to two weeks, which I will pay off ASAP. I'll pay around 200k downpayment after confirmation. And I don't even need the DB's till it's paid off, if you don't want. I think that's it. Thanks.
