Create New Character Bug? (in General)

A couple days ago I created a new character "Extra Items 2". I noticed when I created the character it made an additional "Extra Items 2" so it looked like I have 4 active characters. I put some items in this new character including a Shadow Cloak +11 which I later found out Jonathan auto-bidded on and won for 450k. I was checking my characters because I was wondering where the 450k was sent to, which was sent to I believe the extra "Extra Items 2". I then realized the drop down box in the top left only has 3 active characters to pick from - the extra "Extra Items 2" was gone. The money from the SC was sent to the extra "Extra Items 2" character, but now that it has disappeared, so has the money. My transfer log confirms that Extra Items 2 did in fact sell the SC and get 450k, but the 450k is not there. It also confirms I have not transferred money to my main character from Extra Items 2. There was also a lesser tattoo that sold for 20k but the money never showed up either.
Is this an isolated bug?

here's what happened

1) you refreshed the Manage page after creating a character, so a duplicate was added to your drop-down UI. No dup ever existed in the db.

2) you auctioned the SC from Gilgamesh, so that's who the 450k was sent to, even though you transferred it to Items2 before the auction ended. It's in the log.
