Matchstick wanted me to post this for him, so here it is:

Dear Admins,
wow i dont understand why you guys wont let me back. i was never a multi. i just wanted the cb admins to throw away my first account so i could start a new one. and it wasnt because of the NUB i just wanted to start over cuz it got super boring. and the rest of the accounts i made after that were just so i could protest the rule. i mean i think there should be an option that allows you to erase accounts er something. or maybe you guys could just stop being so strict...
i didnt even make two accounts to help the one...i made two accounts to start a new one and throw one away! Cmon seriously why ban me when i didnt even really do anything wrong. i promise i will never make another account ever again if you let me come back.

Making two accounts is against the TOS you read and agreed to. How is it our problem if you skipped over them? You felt the need to break the one rule that has but one consequence and that is where you stand now. Banned, forever.

Never a multi? Gee, how else should I explain the (at least) 9 accounts I'm currently looking at, all obviously from the same owner?

When you sign up, you are asked to agree to 5 bullet items, this translates to 2 simple rules:
- keep it PG
- 1 user per account, 1 account per user.
It's not a 10+ page EULA written in illegible legalese, so there's no excuse to not have read it (especially multies, as they've seen it twice, if not more!).
Because of that, the policy 'banned=banned' is a fair one, especially for those that break these simple rules multiple times or after warnings.
