he owes me 1.45mil for a VB and has agreed to pay transfer fees so that i could loan it to him until he has paid for it completely.
max 2 weeks and if he defaults (refusal to pay, quits, or is a multi) i keep all payments made and my VB back. if he takes longer than 2 weeks then an interest will be agreed upon.
please confirm.^_^
