I am out of Seeker arrows and i have to wait 3hrs to equip regular arrows. I think this needs to be changed since seeker arrows are in such a short supply.

Buy a small lot of regular and merge them with your existing lot. You'll be able to equip them straightaway.

I merged two sets of regular arrows and like magic, i was able to equip them. I do not quite understand how or why but hey it worked.Thanks

Merging ammo means a new piece of equipment is created. As it is new, you also never had it equipped, and the cool down period doesn't apply to it.
