if my evasion is 50 and db + 50 does that mean i have -100pth? and if enemy weapon is +50 will that extra -50PTH
give extra bonus to chance to miss?

Evasion does not stack linearly. It stacks in the same way as enchantments do. I don't know how much total evasion you get from your example, but I would guess something like 60-70.

Also, any extra evasion you have left, after reducing your opponent's pth to 0 is used to reduce his DX.
The dex reduction is minus 1% chance to hit per left over Evasion points.
