Draco is going to loan me 1.9 mil, and I am going to pay him back 1.9 mil + the x-fer fees. He'll be paid back really soon, probably 2 days or so - but we'll give it a max length of a week, in which case I'll add a whopping 15% interest rate! When he sends me money, that'll mean he's confirmed. Hurrah!
