Well just to be sure, I am asking the whole community, how the % is calculated?

AMF level compared to DD spell level

yes, but how... what is the formula of comparison?

I remember running some numbers a while ago, and there didn't seem to be a basic formula for determining AMF% from AMF/DD ratio. However I did find a couple of things.

1) When AMF level = Opponents DD level, AMF=.50
2) When AMF level is twice opponents DD, AMF=.75
3) When AMF level is half opponents DD, AMF=.30

As you increase your AMF level while holding your opponents DD constant, AMF% will increase at a decreasing rate.

Although not perfect, a formula that will give you a ballpark AMF figure is:
AMF=AMF level/(AMF level + opponents DD level)
