Last night, I tried to log in to CB and got a Proxy Disallowed error. Nothing had changed on my end since I had logged out about an hour before that. It's exactly the same computer, connection, IP, and ISP.
The error message I received told me to go to http://opm.blitzed.org/info to get my IP removed form their block list, but that site told me my IP wasn't on the list.
I couldn't get connected from about 5:30pm last night until right now. Again, this is exactly the same computer, and I haven't changed anything.
Does anyone know why this happened, and how to prevent it from happening again?

You do know that you go through several IPs each day? When's 'now'?

OK, yes, I use multiple IPs. I'm talking about my home IP, which is a dynamic IP. If I understand correctly, the IP only changes when I reboot my system. Last night I had not done anything to change the connection between the time when I could connect and when I could not connect. When I couldn't connect, I rebooted, and still couldn't get on, until this morning, when I could.
(I don't know the exact IPs off hand, but check my purchase logs for the IP I used last night before being blocked, and the one I have this morning when I could get on.)
