Karmic Mishap [Soup Ream] January 30 2006 3:45 AM EST

I wish he was joking, but it's true. Lots and lots of great CB stuff.
CB radio. This was off-topic to begin with, but wow! ^^;;

Halcyon January 30 2006 3:46 AM EST

before you waste your time .. it has NOTHING to do with THIS CB .. C.B radio ....

Trying to find something to show off your devotion to the radio. C.B radio that is well here it is take a look at what I offer and if you would like something personalized just E-MAIL me your info. and we'll talk about the rest.

QBPixel Sage January 30 2006 3:52 AM EST

Haha, I was almost like... this guy/gal stole my idea! Anyways, I don't blame him/her, I wanted to do the same, except with personalized clothes.

Looks like hochunkindian signed up just to make this post or something. Kinda fishy... >.>

hochunkindian January 30 2006 4:03 AM EST

I did not just sign up to make this post I thought it was a forum for c.b. radios and was wanting to get some feed back on the shop

QBPixel Sage January 30 2006 4:10 AM EST

So then according to the post above, you did sign up to Carnage Blender just to make the post. You have not fought any battles (I just checked), do not have any transfers (I just checked), nor have any involvement in any other threads (I just checked).

Its hard to believe you thought this was a C.B. Radio forum. When you sign up, you see the front page. The front page has "Carnage Blender" all over it. Not C.B. Radio. Come on now, you're not dealing with fools.

And plus, you're making posts like the shop isn't something you made. I'm led to believe it is a shop you made, simply because your username is hochunkindian and the shop url is .com/hochunkindian .

hochunkindian January 30 2006 4:32 AM EST

It's not something I made It's something cafepress made and used my designs that's why it has both names on it,and when I did a search of C.B forums It came back with this one also so I posted to get feedback on the shop and since I take it you don't know C.Bers we create weird things so you never know what we may create let alone name it cause otherwise I've never heard of carnage blender

Spam

Maelstrom January 30 2006 9:40 AM EST

I like this one:

:p

hochunkindian January 31 2006 1:11 AM EST

Thank you and how do you figure its spam do you even know the meaning of it.

AdminQBnovice [Cult of the Valaraukar] January 31 2006 1:17 AM EST

bad bad spammy imitation troll, BACK, BACK to your hole!

hochunkindian January 31 2006 1:28 AM EST

There are two main types of spam, and they have different effects on Internet users. Cancellable Usenet spam is a single message sent to 20 or more Usenet newsgroups. Usenet spam is aimed at "lurkers", people who read newsgroups but rarely or never post and give their address away. Usenet spam robs users of the utility of the newsgroups by overwhelming them with a barrage of advertising or other irrelevant posts.
Email spam targets individual users with direct mail messages. Email spam lists are often created by scanning Usenet postings, stealing Internet mailing lists, or searching the Web for addresses.
this is the meaning of spam I dont and havent done either you strange little person.

PirateKing January 31 2006 1:38 AM EST

Just a tip: If you are going to copy and paste large sections of some text found on the web, it is only common courtesy to cite the page you copied from(providing a link is nice too) instead of presenting the words as your own.

AdminQBnovice [Cult of the Valaraukar] January 31 2006 1:47 AM EST

advertising your unrelated cb radio merch site is certainly spamtastic, and I'm glad you liked my forum pic.

hochunkindian January 31 2006 1:51 AM EST

what forum pic.? and the site the meaning come from is http:/spam.abuse.net/

QBPixel Sage January 31 2006 1:54 AM EST

hochunkindian, sorry to burst your bubble, but I've used cafepress before, just recently too. Guess what? Cafepress doesn't "make" the store, users do. Its foolish to try to convince us differently, since your case is obviously a fraud.

Please enlighten me on how you did your "search" for C.B forums and came to this website. Please enlighten me on how you missed "Carnage Blender" plastered all over the front page when you signed up. Please enlighten me on how you think this is a radio site with you see things like "Opponents" and "Train" and "Fight" on the webpage when you log in.

You stated all you wanted was feedback from the forum, which means you DID create an account just to make the post on your little shop.

I highly doubt you wrote that definition of spam, since its writing grammer is above your's. PirateKing is right. Cite the page you got it from. Actually... I have a better idea. Why don't I like you to MY source for the definition of spam?

"Advertising on forums where it is not wanted is known as spamming and is generally seen as an annoyance."
Link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spam_%28electronic%29.

Hence, you spam. Now, you have two main choices that I can see. One: Apologize for your spam and effort to mislead us all. Two: Continue being foolish and try to convince us its not your store, you didn't spam, etc. If I were you, I'd chose choice One.

AdminQBnovice [Cult of the Valaraukar] January 31 2006 1:55 AM EST

Oh I assumed you were calling the man in my user pic a strange little person...

I however am a medium/large strange person.

Phrede January 31 2006 5:35 AM EST

as you can see from the recent photograph of himself :-)

hochunkindian January 31 2006 11:42 PM EST

I wont apologize for being right. I do not and did not spam and I did cite the source of where I got the meaning of spam for your information and as far as how I did my search well duh I put in 'c.b forums' how else do you search for c.b forums.everything else on the page was c.b forums.

QBOddBird January 31 2006 11:45 PM EST

...You created an account to come advertise in these forums without anyone's permission or anything, using the initials for this game as an excuse to do so. Wonderful, you did it. You even tried to convince us to buy your stuff because it had these initials, insinuating that it had something to do with our game in order to promote yourself.

But this isn't spam, and you just randomly found this site and figured it had to do with RADIO.

Worthless.

You make children cry.

{CB1ate}aupStar January 31 2006 11:54 PM EST

Stupid people (person, in this case) make my head hurt.

PirateKing February 1 2006 1:10 AM EST

*drops and anvil on blarg's foot*

There. That should take your mind off of your head pain. :D

PirateKing February 1 2006 1:11 AM EST

of course I meant to say

*drops AN anvil......*

I hate when I make spelling mistakes. :(

Maelstrom February 1 2006 1:12 AM EST

The debate as to whether or not this advertisement is spam (which is is) is pretty pointless, because it explicitly states in the Off-Topic Policy:

No commercial or "please click this to give me referral credits" links, please.

Surely you can't deny that that page is commercial. I believe a fine is in order...

PirateKing February 1 2006 1:15 AM EST

Don't think a fine will teach much of a lesson in this case. He has a grand total of $101. You don't get much in the way of assets when you only engage in four fights. :P

QBBast [Hidden Agenda] February 1 2006 1:15 AM EST

All $101, Mael?

Maelstrom February 1 2006 1:17 AM EST

Meh. I was making a point.

Besides, admins have been known to fine people well into the negatives.
