Check out the Auction > Power Shield, there are two BoM, one has 8 Base AC, the other 10. Very Odd.

The auction item description is copied at time of placement. One was lodged before and one after the recent change. You could also add a few at + the Blacksmith and it wouldn't show up either

not easily, because auctions has to be able to display results for items that don't exist anymore
