I remember reading somewhere (well, at least I THINK I remember) about ToE's reducing AMF backlash damage by a certain percentage based on their level. Am I making this up, or is simply that its the damage reduction the ToE naturally gives?
The AMF damage reflected back on the caster can be reduced if the caster is wearing a Tattoo of Endurance. This reduction is a direct reduction of 5% of the Tattoos level. It is also capped at 75% of backlash taken. from the wiki :)
