Thats can be the only reason.
How does one drop almost 1500 clan points while actively fighting and winning and hardly being attacked and losing at the same time. In the time it takes to burn off 50 BA.
I was actively playing and making fun of TuffBunny's clans score when...whamo...my clan score dropped.
Shenanigans it is. Something is afoul here.

Same with my clan. -600 points. Crazy.
(Is there some pop culture use of the word "shenanigans" that I don't know about?)

Nothing funny about it - unless we got ourselves a gremlin. That big drop off just meant that the period you earned those 1500 clan points was over 24 hours ago.

But TM, at least you're still on the clan front page!
I've noted, in the last two weeks, that the "hourly" shift in clanpoints seems to happen at the bottom of the hour. It used to be that, if cache flush took 4 minutes, "change of clan bonus and points" happened at X:04 every hour 'til the next cache flush.
As of late, X:30ish is when yesterday's points disappear -- though I have not noted it to have an effect on clan rankings for bonus which still "seem" to adjust at the top of the hour.
Yeah, thats prob it.
Its still fun to call shenanigans every once in awhile...keeps everyone honest.
Hey G...nice. I would send a PM commenting...but I dont feel like having my name changed again :P

Just wondering isn't calling Shenanigans something that happened on South Park?
