Win up to 200k (in Contests)

I'm trying to do some unscrambling and have decided to have a contest for a little help with it. I've uploaded the puzzle as my portrait so you can find it there.

The prize is 50k for each part you can solve, so if you can solve all 4 first you get 200k.

They should end up forming a phrase or sentence so if you get enough of it so that i can figure it out you will still get the 50k for that part.

deathwake, there a a few CB'ers who are really quick on the draw when it comes to contests. Those people know who they are :). They are also part of the reason why I don't even usually try. So you gotta be certain about making a contest first.

Shouldn't it be

"Don't forget chocolate candy bars are the best"

not the other two? Doesn't this mean that your half-hour was wasted anyway...?

Or "Don't forget, chocolate bars are the best candy." though there is some debate regarding whether or not "candy" and "chocolate" are two different food categories.

"Don't forget, the best candy are chocolate bars!" Though the grammar in this sentence would be quite off. It would help with the categorization problem, though.

this was also a contest for a different game and it was pretty much figure them out however you could so i thought i would try and get some help here and let some people win some money while they were at it

But hey, it wasnt your fault on the accident though was it? But i can imagine why your mad, insurance goes up even though its not your fault. Insurance is ridiculous...

and some lady pulled out on ice, she couldn't speed up i couldn't slow down and bam. Since i rear ended her im at fault because thats the law, if you rear end someone no matter what you are at fault but the officer didn't issue any tickets so thats good.

but i ran into a truck and i have a saturn so i kinda went under it, fun stuff
