If you get a botcheck at the same time it refreshes the fightlist, it says: No challenge exists in the database.

That happens if you hit enter twice with a completed botcheck.

Double click?

Lets say you type in the botcheck, then click to submit it, then click again before the screen refreshes. You have already submitted your botcheck reply to the database so therefore "No challenge exists in the database".
