How to work out Character Transfer fees? (in General)

Hi All, I can't remember how to work out how much it'll cost to transfer a character. I looked in the Wiki but couldn't find it. It's something like 50,000 + 1/2 MPR, but I'm not sure. :(

It looks like it's $50,000 + 4$/3 * MPR + transfer fee for all items/cash on it.
