One of my friends retired a character with an RoE on it, and he was questioning when he could get it back. The problem was that he doesn't remember when he retired his character. I have a proposal I think everyone will like:
When you retire a character, on the page showing character stats, it should show at what time it was retired. I think that it would help any and everyone who retired a character.
It's just a thought, but many of us agreed on it in chat, and i'm sure taht Jonathan would find it necessary.

as said in chat, i thought this was a good idea, cuz i've been stuck at times trying to remember when i retired my character.
instead of copy and pasting links to get it i think it should be under when the char was created...=P

well, you have to follow something, i meant just click on the character name, and it say right there when it was retired bart. like right under the name

Just retire enough characters, and the link will show up on your user page ;)

well, i have no problems with that, but what if someone never did it before. It's a good idea if you think about it though. just take a sec and think about it.

I just had a thought Im not sure how fair this would be but people retire characters because they no longer want to use them right? what if after the time is up to retrieve them they go on auction, that way if someone has enough money they could get a new char. (I realize this is cheap and someone is bound to have a problem with this saying it is unfair and blah blah blah but just consider it for a second before you call it a bad idea like I know a few are bound to do.) By putting them on auction or up to buy you can make use of a character that someone doesn't want goes onto the one mans trash is another's treasure kind of thing.
you'll see different reason to retire characters shortly.
It's called tournaments, i right now can only retire chars to make room for a tourney char.
