Prepossessing: Hiring a new minion (in General)

Can someone please remind me as to how you estimate the XP you'll have on a new minion. I remember someone figuring it out based on cost, or MPR, or something...

Also, I find it interesting that prepossessing would be flagged by the spell checker ;)

dont you get 1/3 experience depending on how much you spend.

Yup .. 1/3 is what it is .. i think it was even added to the WIKI

You'll get 1/3 EXP of the amount you have to pay for the big one and 1/5 EXP for the cheap minion.
