Paypal question (in Off-topic)

Does anyone know of a way, to send money, that you have in your PP account, w/o a CC, or BA?

I don't, won't have either, and I need to send payment to someone.

Can anyone help?

I think it isn't possible. You can certainly create an account, and you can receive money! But... you can't do anything with that money once its in your account unless you have a CC or BA... I think.

if the money is _in_ your own PayPal account, you can't send it to someone else's PayPal account? I thought you simply couldn't get it _out_ of PayPal, sans sending it to someone else, without a bank account or credit card to send it to?

Trying to send it to another PP user

Duh?

Send Money > Pay Anyone.

Don't need to be verified, or have a Bank Account or Credit Card attached to you Paypal account to do this. All you need is the money already in your PP account to send it.

You sure? I believe I tried that before, and it didn't work for me. Maybe its just me.

To complete this secure payment, add a credit card to your PayPal account and click 'Continue'.

And sending limit is $0

Says the only way to increase from 0, is to verify

Xiaz on Hiatus March 3 2006 4:42 AM EST

Well, if you reach your sending limit, I guess you will need to verify. Not much else you could do.

Halcyon March 3 2006 4:43 AM EST

Sadly, it's a newly created account, 0 balance, from the get go.

Xiaz on Hiatus March 3 2006 4:47 AM EST

That's odd.

Is it a personal account? Try searching the Paypal help if you haven't already. I can't recall, but I've upgraded to the premium account, and had a sending limit of ~$500, iirc.

You could try emailing them too.

You can only send from a paypal account if there are funds attached to it. This can be done with a credit card attached to it, from a bank account or by having some other paypal user transfer the cash to your account.
