I just checked the BA cost with my new NCB character for a laugh, just to see how much I'd be stung with Tate still around.
I could buy 576 extra BA for 329. Far less of a cost than when I was fighting with Tate. :/

That's still more than I was being charged yesterday when I started this new char. I'm on 379 per ba now and can buy up to 710 ba per day at moment.
Or is it taking the highest of either my NCB MPR + Bonus penlaty or highest charcater (which no longer has a bonus penalty to cost)?
I thought it would take the highest MPR and apply the NCB penalty to that. :/
The 576 limit comes from Tates 8/10 BA refresh.

It did the first time around. When I had Jack Crow (the first) and started the test NCB char my ba costs jumped up to about 900 per ba.

:( Not complaining! (I don't really complain about everything! Honest!) Being the start of the second round of NCBers I thought it might have been a bug.
But I'm going to enjoy the BA cost! :D
