I don't know, it would seem you are doing fine. I wish my score was twice my PR. Here is my advice:
* Leave VA. Just don't bother training it anymore. Focus CoC on the mage!
* Get some NW. Weapon NW more specifically. Yeah, I know it doesn't grow on trees, but more NW will undoubtedly help that tank carry his weight.
* switch the tank and mage's spots. Tanks by nature absorb damage better, while mages are better at dealing damage. Having the tank in front makes your team tougher and the mage in back lets him survive longer to deal out more damage.
Just keep on fighting. It looks like you have a pretty solid strategy.

just another question.
i want my VA to stay with my MPB, maybe i should swap VA with protection, so my mage has protection and my tank has VA.
nobody likes to answer me :(

We just don't know if you prefer a weak mage or a weak tank :)
mages should train as much as possible into DD (AMF will own you otherwise)
I'd ditch prot (since it really shouldn't be trained too high anyway) and go VA, since the tank gaining HP is key to keeping the mage alive in back, combined with GA it might even help do some more damage to the other teams fighter/mages.
