Problem when equipping a Tat (in General)

Hi,
Wondered if any one can help me with a problem when equipping a Tat.
I have one I am trying to equip on a NCB minion and get the following error...

Server Error
The requested URL cannot be accessed due to a system error on this server.
AOLserver/4.0.9b on http://www.carnageblender.com

The only thing different from what I have done many times before on other characters is that it is over my Tat limit - but that shouldnt matter - should it ?
